"WELL DONE!! No, I am not referring to a steak but to the nice work done by your company in general and our local rep. Ms. Christine Thornton specifically. The process of selecting styles and the myriad of options is exciting at first but is quickly followed by numbness. There are more color selections then have ever been found in nature which further exacerbates the process. Ms. Thornton showed remarkable patience through this process and did an excellent job in gently but firmly keeping us on track as we wandered off in our esoteric conversations. She also showed a good grasp of what we wished our end results to be. Through her knowledge of the products , their capabilities or lack therof, she questioned where we wanted to be and crafted her options to get us there. Had she not done this, we would still be arguing about what kind of casters we wanted. The most critical furniture we bought was the dispatch consoles. These had to fit exactly, provide adequate room for the electronics and work space for the dispatchers, had to meet ergonomic requirements, had to look sharp, and be adaptable for the never ending moves and changes that will occur. Christine did some fine research and came up with the XYBix solution. Neat stuff and very reasonably priced. Installation went fine. The office furniture was on time and installed properly. The craftsman made the inevitable last minute changes with cordiality and good humor. The installers from XYBix were asked to make several last minute modifications and some fairly extensive rearrangements to the dispatch area. They showed the patience of saints and humor the size of Alaska. Christine did a fine job as mediator and managed to serve the best interests of the company and the client. She also supplied some great donuts."

"This letter is to commend you for your outstanding service and savings you provided the Bureau of Licenses during our new space remodel and move, which was completed in January 2004. As you have seen, our space is beautiful and functional. You played a big part in achieving these results. How can you ask for a better service than what you provided? You knew we had a budget and a lot of things to happen inside that budget, the least of which was some significant furniture purchases for 9 new offices that we had never had to furnish before. You saved us at least $120,000 in furniture costs. Thank You. That savings ensured that we could expand our modular furniture system for the staff. Everyone in our office was able to get a larger workstation then they had before. You worked along side the Architect to ensure a counter design that would be flexible and functional. This was necessary since we weren't quite sure how our new tax program would impact our work needs at the front counter. Finally your attention to our ergonomic issues to ensure that everyone had an ergonomically correct workstation when they arrived was greatly appreciated. And in those few instances where things were not quite right, your staff was here most of the day to make things right. Thank you for your attention to detail and wonderful customer service. Not only did you work to meet our budget, but you saved us money in the process. We have a great functional office space that is cost affective and was completed on schedule. "RNA Networks, Inc. is a high-tech start-up headquartered in Portland's historic Old Town. We are the leader in memory virtualization software. We moved into our office in May, 2008. The space was already furnished by a previous tenant, but as our staff and the oreganization's needs grew, it was evident that a more efficient use of space was becoming a priority. Harris WorkSystems was invited to look at the space and offer recommendations which fit our criteria. As a start-up, it was important for us to make budget-minded choices; to have new and existing furniture coordinate as much as possible; and to make selections requiring minimal rewiring or changes to the physical office. Harris WorkSystems already had a number of high-tech companies on their client list and understood what types of workstations would both fit the needs of our staff and our available space. They created a floor plan allowing team members engaged in the same endeavors to work near each other for collaboration while providing a certain level of privacy. We were provided with a number of furniture options at different price points for consideration. Installation was handled smoothly with a minimum of disruption to our staff. Harris also appreciated our decision to furnish our space in a staged process over time. Since the initial project, we have had a variety of sample office chairs on hand to test out. "Banfield The Pet Hospital is an international for profit business dedicated to providing the best in pet care available and advancing veterinary science, skills and training for those involved with pet care wherever it is needed. In November of 2005 we completed our new state of the art North American corporate headquarters, veterinarian hospital and training facility in Portland, Oregon. As part of this effort we contracted Harris WorkSystems, Inc. for furnishing the 150,000 square foot facility covering two floors. This involved setting up workspace for 650 employees, 17 conference rooms, cafe area, lobby, library and training areas. As you can imagine, this effort required a high level of coordination including design, specification and budget; ordering and scheduling and finally receiving and installation. We found we were able to communicate with the people at Harris very well on all these issues. They provided creative approaches, were very accessible and followed through on every detail. We met our time to occupy on schedule, and any items needing follow up were completed in a timely fashion. We were delighted in every way with how the furnished space looked and functioned. Harris WorkSystems continues to be a valuable supplier for our facility needs. We have continued to expand and they have continued to meet and exceed our expectations.
