  • Are they a locally owned business? Or will we have a local rep?
  • Is our rep responsive and knowledgeable?
  • What are the Manufacturer’s Warranties and durability story? 
  • Standard product lead times? 
  • Cost?
  • Available/custom options? 
  • Will these be in the low, mid, or high market? 
  • Available under Government contracts?
